About the Founder

​

​​Jass Bianchi is a rapper, artistic mentor, entrepreneur, activist, marketing professional and long-time youth advocate. Bianchi began her journey assisting youth in college, when she tutored inner city children at the Nepprehan Center in Yonkers, New York. Following her college years, she engaged in hip-hop vocal instruction, creative consulting, performance technique, and songwriting for incarcerated youth in detention centers, transgender youth, and youth struggling with addiction. She has been an honorary speaker and panelist for an array of community events speaking about the benefits of music and the arts for the greater community. As marketing director for United Stations Radio Networks based out of New York City, Jass spearheaded initiatives working alongside of nationally and internationally acclaimed clientele including Alice Cooper, Bloomberg National Geographic, and Mark McGrath. Currently she works as a consultant  in assisting clientele with their non-profit and for-profit needs.
